Chad L. Riddle is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate disputes, business law and litigation, insurance defense, municipal law and litigation and general civil litigation at Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC. He practices in Michigan’s federal and state courts, including appellate practice, with a diverse background ranging from transactional risk management to employment and supplier contract disputes to quiet title actions and collections.
Mr. Riddle’s practice in both the transactional and litigation arenas provides business clients with efficient risk-management solutions in matters of business formation, acquisitions and dissolution; contract drafting and enforcement; trademark and trade secret protection; unfair competition and palming off; vendor and supplier disputes; buy-out transactions; regulatory compliance and related regulatory proceedings; and shareholder dispute resolution. He has expertise concerning the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act too, representing businesses and other law firms in matters from compliance to defense. Mr. Riddle’s perspective is enhanced by his assistance of small to large business organizations across various industries. Mr. Riddle is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Riddle resides with his wife in St. Clair County where he enjoys spending time out on the beautiful blue waters of Lake St. Clair.
