Elizabeth (Roberts) Morris is Partner at Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC. Her law practice includes all aspects of general civil, insurance and commercial business litigation in the state and federal, trial and appellate courts. This most often includes representing clients in cases involving breach of contract, insurance coverage disputes, negligence, automobile negligence, personal injury, trademark infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation, defamation, slander, and libel. Ms. (Roberts) Morris also routinely assists business clients with organization, contract drafting, business plans, partnerships, employment and non-compete agreements and pre-suit contract enforcement.
Elizabeth graduated from Eisenhower High School in Shelby Township, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University in just 2 years with honors. At Oakland University, Ms. (Roberts) Morris was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society, Nu Omega/Oakland University Chapter and was elected Secretary of Pi Sigma Alpha. Ms. (Roberts) Morris joined Kirk Huth as a clerk in 2007. In 2011, she received her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. After graduating from law school, she accepted a position as Associate Attorney with Kirk Huth. In 2022, Ms. (Roberts) Morris was promoted to the position of Partner with the firm.
Ms. (Roberts) Morris is now a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Macomb County Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In 2018, she was honored by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in its list of Up & Coming Lawyers and has annually been named in the SuperLawyers list of Rising Stars since 2015.
Ms. (Roberts) Morris and her husband live in Oakland County, Michigan. She enjoys spending quality time with her many nieces and nephews, volunteering with the Grow to Give Garden in Rochester Hills and sits on the Volunteer Board of Directors of Impact 100 Macomb County, a local non-profit organization.
