A controversial restaurant at the Mall at Partridge Creek apparently has closed its doors for good, about nine months after it opened.
M’s Table + Bar, which has been embroiled in legal wrangling since it even opened in November, closed earlier this week, according to mall employees and an attorney involved in one of the lawsuits.
“I received an email from their attorney, saying the restaurant has closed and asking me if still wanted to proceed with the litigation we have pending against them,” said Robert Kirk of the Clinton Township law firm of Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti.
