Michael Taylor

Michael focuses his practice on advising individuals in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. Mike has extensive experience representing personal representatives, trustees, other fiduciaries and beneficiaries in will and trust contests and other complex estate administration matters.

Maryanne Deneweth

Maryanne has worked as a Legal Research Clerk for Macomb County Circuit Court Judge John B. Bruff, and as a clerk with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. She has successfully drafted briefs and argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court, and has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General.

Patrick McKay

Patrick represents commercial real estate sellers, purchasers and developers regarding their transactional and development needs. He works alongside his clients negotiating the deal, through the due diligence period, to closing and beyond. Mr. McKay serves as outside general counsel for small to medium sized businesses assisting with all of their legal issues including business formation, contracting with other businesses, suppliers, contractors or employees, and when purchasing or selling a business.
