Kirk Huth Law

Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC litigators went all the way to Federal Trial to secure a win for City of Warren Police Commissioner Dwyer in an employment dispute seeking to strike down long-established policies and practices in the Warren Police Department. In particular, the policy requiring female dispatchers to assist with female prisoner intake searches was upheld against charges of gender discrimination.

The verdict helps protect female police officers in Warren who will continue to thrive in every capacity at WPD because of this essential support in the jail by non-sworn personnel.

Hard work and total dedication carried this victory for the City home by the team of Raechel Badalamenti, Elizabeth Roberts and Chad Riddle. Well done!
